On September 24, 1909, the jurist Isidoro Martín Martínez , professor of Roman Law and magnificent rector of the University of Madrid, was born in Albacete.
He furthered his studies at the University of Rome , 1936; in England and Ireland in 1946; in the Vatican Archive in Rome in 1970. He began teaching in 1930 at the University of Murcia. In 1940 he was a professor of Roman Law at the University of Santiago and an associate at the University of Murcia, where he held the chair of History of Law.
In 1950 he was appointed director of the Colegio Mayor San Pablo in Madrid and, after a few months, he left the chair to deal solely with the direction of the Colegio Mayor Fax Lists until 1959, when he won the chair of Canon Law at the University of Madrid. In 1962 he was appointed general commissioner of School Protection and Social Assistance , until 1967 when he returned to the Chair of the University of Madrid, where he was named magnificent rector, continuing in the Chair until his retirement in 1979. He died in 1990.
Among others, he participated in Portugal in the I Congress of Catholic University Youth , in 1953; In 1959 and 1961, she gave lectures in Lisbon on the relations between Church and State; In 1969 she attended the International Congress of Canon Law in Rome; in 1961, in The Hague to the Steering Committee of Catholic Professors; In 1972 he went to Taiwan at the invitation of the Republic of China.
