• Jump:
  Leaping high into the air, a dragoon can spend a whole turn jumping, coming down on the enemy with there spear during the next turn. They build up such force coming down from the powerful jump, it usually causes a shock wave upon impact
  
  
• Raining Lance
  A jump into the air that takes a post charge to do. Two Roivas come to the ground and leave a crater of energy around them. The two are a clone of the real one. The third comes to the ground and makes the energy of the last two into a real crater on the second post.
  
  
• Shining Lance
  A forword jump that makes one's lance or spear two times faster in swinging motion and makes a wave of energy that can crush the gound 2 feet in.
  
  
• Power of the Death-Mentor
  Roivas can turn himself into water. The water can spred to the size of a large pond 17 feet long and 8 feet deep. The water is not pressureable by any means. It helps Roivas by redusing the damage of wind, fire, and earth magic by 100% but helps lightning magic by 25%. Physical damage is redused to 25%. A person can see a fake Roivas in the water. Roivas can make illusions in the water. The limit is that they are not tangible and cannot be much bigger then the water.
  
  
• Paralizing Touch
  If Roivas touches any thing by direct contact they are paralized by seing their death. The paralization lasts for one post and Roivas cannot move to attack in that time.
  

Character Weapons:
YoukaiSamahead
A long lance named sharkskin ghost. It is 8 feet long and weighs 50 lb.s, Only Roivas can weild it. Any one who ouches it will not be able to feel their arm or hand due to a paralization in their nerves. The Lance head is a shark, the element of the blade is water and dark type.

Character Appearance:
Roivas is 6'3" he weighs 250 lb.s he looks like a 21 year old but he is much older. His skin is white and has cracks that look like broken rock. His hair is silver and long, he is very muscular. He is the exact twin of Phobia the KnightMare but his muscels keep the difference. He wears armor with a black right arm and golden chest, legs, and head. The head piece covers his face but has holes to let him breath and talk. The armor is eligant and has a cape on the back. A dark colored stream of water pours from his face and out the bottom holes of the head guard. The water eveaporates before seeping into the ground.

Character Personality:
Roivas is a person who just wants to see the worlds burn when angered. A sudden intreast in healping the worthy people seems to have arison in his mind. His has a taste for souls of people he killed. Blood also has a seemingly good taste to him. Oddly 150 years has made him more of a proper warrior in battle, he no longer uses the cheap tricks to win.
He wonders if he will ever see his brother again or if he will see the one person he loved.

Character History:
Roivas was born along side Phobia in the Black Land, he is made of fear and war from the human race. for the first 500 years of life he helped kill the population of the worlds. He took up the power of the dragoon, jumping and crashing to the ground like a meteor. His power has grown over the last 150 years since the consept of helping th worthy humans.

He found a women by the name of Saira on a deserted land, he fell in love with her with even realizing it until it was to late to turn away. He never told her the way he felt but she died alone in the cold cruel sanctuary of age. He regrets not telling her the truth or even meeting her for the first time. he watched over her like a protector but still she would never beable to love an evil man like him. The deserted place was in mid winter with no snow, just cold air and wind.

It is pretty good. There are a few problems with it though. First of, the spelling. It's OK, and all, but I would prefer it if you ran a thorough spell check. It makes it easier for people to read it. So it would be a good idea to.

Power of the Death-Mentor: OK, I like this one a lot, but I do have one question about the illusion Roivas can create. Exactly what kind of illusion is it? There are different kinds, like one you can only see but can't touch, or even the other way around. If you can, add that information in so that there is no confusion when he uses that ability.

Other than that, though, I think it is pretty good. Just make those minor changes, and I think you will be good.
